Applications
- Suitable for adhesion to high and medium- surface- energy substrates such as metals (steel, and aluminium), ceramics (glass) and a variety of plastics
- Replacement of mechanical fasteners such as rivets, screws, welds or liquid adhesives
- Automotive
- Construction
- Indoor and outdoor applications
Benefits
- Excellent adhesion and holding power
- Superb temperature resistance
- Withstands extreme wights and heat
- Very Good UV and chemical resistance
The Rolls should be stored in their packaging protected from light and at a temperature between 21°C to 30°C, with a relative humidity of 50%. When using an adhesive tape stored below 21°C, it is advisable to keep the tape at room temperature for 24 hours to preserve its characteristics.

Application Instructions
- Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are absolutely clean and free of dust and grease
- The best cleaning agent is a solvent such as isopropanol, which is applied with a clean cloth
- For optimum adhesion, apply sufficient pressure to the surface. A typical pressure value for good adhesive wetting is 100 kPa = 15PSI
- The adhesive is pressure sensitive. The best results are achieved with maximum surface contact under pressure
- After 20 minutes 50% of the bond strength is achieved, after 24 hours 90% of the optimum bond strength is achieved, and finally 100% after 72 hours
- Avoid heavy stress on the bonded area immediately after application
- Recommended temperature range for application: +21°C to +35°C
- The temperature should not be below +10°C during application
- Certain surfaces, such as porous materials like plaster and concrete, but also absorbent surfaces like untreated wood and fabric, must be pre-treated or sealed before application
- Metals with oxidized surfaces such as aluminum, copper and brass must be pre-treated or sanded before application
- Materials with low surface energy such as polypropylene, which contain aggressive plasticizers, may also need to be pre-treated
