As of 01.07.2019, VOLZ® TAPES  has been awarded tesa Gold Converting Partner Status. Gold Converting Partners are recognized for their industrial product assortment and their focus on custom specialized converting solutions. VOLZ® TAPES  has been a partner of tesa since 2006, and an official tesa Industry Partner since 2007.

Volz Selbstklebetechnik GmbH Change in Leadership

Volz Selbstklebetechnik GmbH change in leadership effective July 1, 2019 As of the first of July 2019, Mario Haselwander sold his corporate shares and decided to step down from his managing role at Volz. He is however remaining active with the company in the capacity of outside sales. Tetiana Benz, the wife of the current managing partner and Chief Executive Officer, Andreas Benz, has acquired Mr. Haselwander’s shares and the new title of partner and CEO. Together, Andreas and Tetiana Benz now hold 100% of the shares in Volz Selbstklebtechnik GmbH. Tetiana Benz is entitled to sole representation and will continue to manage the Import/Export/Customs department while Andreas Benz will continue in his role as managing partner. This succession plan is one that we are confident secures the future of Volz and ensures our ability to remain focused on and committed to the interests of all our employees, customers, partners and suppliers. Mario Haselwander will be working from his home office, focusing his efforts on outside sales. His telephone and email contact information remain the same. We thank Mario Haselwander for his commitment and work over the last 13 years as CEO and we are grateful that Volz, our customers, and partners will continue to benefit from his dedication in sales. We look forward to our continued collaboration and the ongoing success of Volz Selbstklebetichnik GmbH.

We are AEO certified!

On 29.01.2018 we became AEO certified! An AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) is a particularly reliable and trustworthy. Reliability is evaluated according to the following criteria: • Compliance with customs and tax regulations • Maintaining a satisfactory accounting system • Solvency • Appropriate safety standards The aim of AEO certification is to secure the integrated international supply chain from the manufacturer of a product all the way to the end consumer. The condition for an authorized economic operator is that: • Goods are produced, stored, processed or loaded at secure production sites and at secure transfer locations. • Goods are protected against unauthorized access during production, storage, processing or handling, loading and transport. • The personnel employed to produce, store, process or transport, and discharge such goods are reliable • Business partners acting on our behalf are aware that they must also take measures to safeguard the above supply chain.

Award “unbehindert miteinander” (Barrier Free With One Another)

Award "unbehindert miteinander" (“Barrier Free With One Another”) VOLZ® TAPES was awarded this special award on the 22nd of November 2018, for exemplary work in creating a barrier free, handicapped accessible work environment. Andreas Benz, VOLZ® TAPES CEO, accepted the award as part of a ceremony by the “unbehindert miteinander” program’s sponsor, District Administrator Frank Scherer.  Thirty-nine companies, institutions and municipalities received the award for corporate responsibility, the promotion of people with disabilities, and the committed participation in creating a barrier-free society. The award is provided especially to those organizations that: Provide barrier-free service, Build a barrier free environment, or renovate to remove existing barriers, Create and maintain a corporate culture for ALL, taking on Corporate Social Responsibility, And, most importantly, employ people with disabilities.
