Volz Selbstklebetechnik GmbH change in leadership effective July 1, 2019 As of the first of July 2019, Mario Haselwander sold his corporate shares and decided to step down from his managing role at Volz. He is however remaining active with the company in the capacity of outside sales. Tetiana Benz, the wife of the current managing partner and Chief Executive Officer, Andreas Benz, has acquired Mr. Haselwander’s shares and the new title of partner and CEO. Together, Andreas and Tetiana Benz now hold 100% of the shares in Volz Selbstklebtechnik GmbH. Tetiana Benz is entitled to sole representation and will continue to manage the Import/Export/Customs department while Andreas Benz will continue in his role as managing partner. This succession plan is one that we are confident secures the future of Volz and ensures our ability to remain focused on and committed to the interests of all our employees, customers, partners and suppliers. Mario Haselwander will be working from his home office, focusing his efforts on outside sales. His telephone and email contact information remain the same.
