Custom Manufactured Tapes and Die Cut Adhesives

Standard industry tapes may not always be suitable for some complex applications. VOLZ® TAPES offers custom designed adhesive solutions to meet your exact specifications. Custom tape solutions may include multiple materials laminated together, coated with specific adhesives and equipped with specific liners and/or carrier materials.  All custom and standard tape solutions are available in single rolls, log rolls or Jumbos, in custom widths and lengths. Cross wound spools are also available with or without finger lift.

Custom Die Cut Tapes and Labels

Custom designed, form-fitting parts optimize production cycles. VOLZ® TAPES manufactures high quality and durable die-cut and kiss-cut adhesive solutions utilizing different technologies. The stamped parts are delivered as desired loose, on rolls, or on sheets. They can be printed or neutral, and with or without finger lift.

Coating & Laminating

Self-adhesive finishing of various carrier materials such as rubber, fabric, foam, cloth, foil, and metal.

Slitting
