It is intended for a variety of heavy duty insulating, banding and holding applications. The 1.0 mil (25\u03bc) polyester film\nprovides puncture, edge tear and abrasion resistance. IPG\u00ae 4240 is specially designed and intended for use in oil-filled transformers.
