The event was organized by the B\u00fcrgerforum Mengen (Citizens Forum) and in support from the Mengen Music Club, the Women&#8217;s Club of\u00a0 Mengen, and the Alemannen School as both a thank you and fundraising event.\u00a0 As a special thank you to the area residents for all of their on-going support, Ukrainian families cooked and served the guests.\u00a0 Musical entertainment was provided by the Ukrainian group &#8220;Voice of Peace&#8221; and the Mengen Music Club.\r\n\r\nWith personal ties to the Ukraine, the Benzes have been deeply affected by the war in the Ukraine and have been providing ongoing support to those displaced by the war. The Benzes, on behalf of VOLZ\u00ae TAPES surprised the event organizers by making a \u20ac2000 donation.
